BUGA-AteloCol-II Solution contains Type II collagen at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. - BUGA-AteloCol-II Solution is provided as a solution.
You can follow the coating procedure below for surface coating applications:
1. Transfer the desired amount of BUGA-AteloCol-II Solution from the bottle to a dilution container.
2. Dilute the solution with 0.5 M acetic acid to achieve the desired concentration.
3. Homogenize the solution by pipetting.
4. Spread the homogenized solution evenly over the culture surface to ensure full coverage.
5. Cover the prepared culture and incubate at room temperature for approximately 2 hours.
6. After the incubation period, aspirate any excess material remaining on the culture surface.
7. Carefully wash the coated surface with saline solution under sterile conditions.
8. Store the ready-to-use coated culture plates at 2 to 10°C.
